Stabilization of a Pickering Emulsion by Nanoparticles of Eudragit RSPO and Pol-epsilon Caprolactone: Contact Angle Measurement and Surface Tension Studies

The use of colloidal particles to prepare and stabilize emulsions, known as "Pickering emulsions “, has aroused growing interest in recent years. Pickering Ramsden demonstrated at the beginning last century feasibility surfactant-free presence these is called Emulsions". This concept stabilized by solid experiencing renewed nowadays given many advantages it offers good stability, environmental protection, user safety, particle varieties.
 first part devoted synthesis Eudragit RSPO pol epsilon-caprolactone nanoparticles their characterization. characterization performed dynamic light scattering geometry. understanding interfacial behavior associated stabilization mechanisms for was carried out. second study investigated formulation emulsion using washed suspension containing only stabilizer. objective this characterize formulated emulsions.
